I rang QUT today to enquire about timetabling with cross institutional students and like centrelink or any other government institution I was passed on about a million times to different departments.. and then after sitting on hold for ages all I got was the stupid answering machine. I do hope my email isn’t dealt with the same way. Kinda annoying XD If I wasnted to be passed on between departments I would have rang Telstra or Centrelink or the Taxation Department.

Hairy Monopoly
Ok, I was playing Monopoly on the Wii with my housemate this evening (and i got my ass handed to me on a golden platter both times we played) and I was running my fingers through my hair and noticed that it was coming out in small handfuls again. Not that I am worried about going bald or anything, it’s just a little un-nerving seeing so much hair fall out. I have a very thick head of hair and it grows so fast too. I’ve been loosing it in such quantities for almost my entire life now. Mum gets it too but her hair is thin and always has been.
I reckon my kids are going to be tall and well built boys and average height skinny girls. That’s looking at the dominant genes in our families. But I spose we’ll have to wait to see.
Blerg, I don’t feel like writing tonight.
To Dance or Not To Dance
Yes it’s just after midnight again XD I seem to enjoy posting at this unusual hour. So anyway I took a look at my options for next semester and I figure that since I only have 6 months left of full time study until c’link decide to make me look for work weather i like it or not, I will get as much out of University as I can and do what I want to and what I enjoy. So I am thinking about doing 1 subject @ Griffith and cross institutional study with QUT doing 2 dance subjects instead of doing 3 Griffith subjects and wanting to shoot myself in the head by the end of semester. I love to dance and reallly would love to get back into it, even if just for 6 months. I mean, if I really like it, after the 6 months I can work part time and do it at QUT part time as long as my work pays me more than c’link would. As exhausting as it would be I’d be friggin euphoric. Beyond happy to get back into dancing again.
Swimming in bed
Woke this morning after way too much sleep again to the typical Australian 35 degree C heat and 90% humidity. I needed to pee and it was way to hot to swim in my sweat in bed any longer. Now out of bed I do feel a little cooler but it’s still almost unbearable. I think if there is a god/goddess, they’re trying to boil us all to death, and in that cull the human race of all those that can’t stand the heat… or those whom can’t afford air-con.
Mmm, cereal.
Isn’t it funny how cereal seems to taste better at midnight than it does in the morning. I have made it into almost a routine now of having breakfast before bed.
